After graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in health science and a minor in kinesiology, I decided to further my education by attending and graduating from an upstanding College of Massage Therapy in San Francisco with 900 hours of training in various Eastern modalities: Shiatsu, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Acupressure and Reflexology. Western modalities: Swedish, Deep tissue and Sports Therapy. And Rehabilitative modalities: Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Myofascial Release And Trigger Point. Which is a set of tool that I acquired from an additional 400 hours of training in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. And I didn’t stop there. I felt like there was so much more to learn and techniques needed to be sharpened, so I set out to travel to learn traditional techniques that was past down to families for generations in places like Hawaii, Japan, Thailand and India. And I am so fortunate to have being taught little tricks that makes all the difference in a massage session by such amazing healers and masters in this craft. I can say with confidence that I am more than prepared to provide you with the highest standards and techniques that very few in my field can offer. I’d be thrilled to help you, may it be just a moment of pampering or a much needed tune up to make sure your body can handle what life throws at you. This is my art.
